Yes, by appointment. After an ID check, you can enter the data center and access your equipment.
Simple tasks such as reboots, cable checks, drive replacement and visual inspection. The scope and monthly hours are specified in the quote.
Power is not included in the plan price. Consumption is billed monthly per amp, and each power feed is billed separately. Prices are listed in the additional fees table.
Your service is not interrupted. On capped plans, excess traffic is billed per GB. On the unmetered plan, each Mbit/s above the 95th percentile is billed separately. We notify you in advance if an overage occurs.
We accept servers in person by appointment or by courier, then install them in the rack and connect them.
