How it works
Four steps, two of them yours
Once you unlock the domain and get the code, we take it from there and email you at every step.
- 01
Unlock it
Turn off the “transfer lock” or “registrar lock” option in your current provider’s panel.
You - 02
Get the EPP code
Request the transfer (auth) code. Most providers show it in the panel; some send it by email.
You - 03
Place the order
Enter the domain and code in the form above, then complete payment in the cart.
You - 04
We move it
We file the request with the registry and follow up on the approval email. We let you know when it’s done.

Five things that stop a transfer
Almost every stalled transfer comes down to something on this list. A two-minute check saves a week of waiting.
A transfer changes the registrar, not the name servers. Your DNS records stay the same; if your hosting is elsewhere, it keeps running there.
Is the registration older than 60 days?
Under ICANN rules, a domain registered or transferred in the last 60 days can’t be moved.
Is the transfer lock off?
If the lock is on, the request is rejected automatically. Wait a few minutes after turning it off.
Is the registrant email up to date?
The approval email goes to the domain owner’s address. If it’s an old address, update it first.
Is it about to expire?
If fewer than 7 days are left, renew it with your current provider first; some registries won’t accept transfers in the final days.
Have you noted your DNS records?
If your name servers belong to your current provider, they may shut down after the transfer. Send us the records and we’ll set up the same ones.

No. A transfer changes the registrar; name servers and DNS records stay the same. Your site and email keep working.
5–7 days for generic extensions, since registries wait out a dispute period. It’s shorter if your current provider approves sooner. For .tr domains, often the same day.
It’s kept. A transfer includes a one-year extension; if you had 4 months left, you’ll have 1 year and 4 months after the transfer.
We email you the reason (lock, wrong code, 60-day rule). Once you fix it, we restart the transfer without charging again. If the transfer never completes, the fee is refunded.
