Nobody can guarantee that, and we don’t either. We reduce the usual causes of bans: moderate sending speed, a daily cap, sending hours, lower limits on new lines and never messaging people who unsubscribed. Messaging an audience that hasn’t opted in is still risky.
No. Apart from your plan fee, you don’t pay Meta anything per message.
